Return/Refund Policy

We at ōku always want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services.  We want to ensure that you love our products as much as we do.  Guaranteed!

We are truly sorry if our products did not meet your expectations, and sincerely hope this did not cause you any inconvenience.   It's our mission to help you make the most of your energy, and re-mailing and returning your purchases back to our company is not a great use of your time.   

If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@okuenergy.com and request Replacement Product.   Please note, ōku energy is not responsible for product that becomes damaged after opening.

If ōku energy did not meet your expectation for any other reason, please contact us at support@okuenergy.com and request a Refund.  

 

Terms & Conditions for Exchange for REPLACEMENT PRODUCT:

If you wish to exchange a product that has been damaged or it is otherwise unfit, or even just for another type or flavor, the item needs to be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unopened, and factory sealed in its original packaging.

To receive your new product, the item you are exchanging must be returned to our warehouse by the 30th day from your purchase date.

All shipping costs, including the shipping cost to return that product back to us, is the responsibility of the customer.

To proceed and exchange a product, please contact us at support@okuenergy.com. We will collect your return information such as your order number, contact information, and reason you are requesting an exchange, then email you a confirmation with an RMA number and detailed return instructions.

 

Terms & Conditions for Returns for REFUND:
  • To be eligible for a refund of ōku gummy snacks, we simply need your order number, contact information, and reason you are requesting a refund.  We will rescind or refund the transaction and return funds to your credit card account in an expeditious manner.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the originating credit card account.  Please note that shipping fees for refunded products are not eligible for refund.
  • You are not required to return the previously purchased product.  If you have retained unopened, sealed product pouches please share with your friends and family (please do not circulate previously opened pouches due to quality control concerns).
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days before they appear on your online statement from your card provider.
